On June 17, 2017, 32-year-old Matthew Verdugo attended a rock concert with friends at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington. He returned to his home in Everett the following day, June 18. Early that morning, he made some Facebook posts, but since then, no one has seen or heard from him.
Matthew's disappearance was abrupt and out of character. His family reported that he had been doing well and had maintained sobriety leading up to his disappearance. He was known for never missing family events, such as Christmas or his nephew's birthdays. His sister, Julie Ubert, expressed the family's heartbreak and the impact on her children, who frequently ask about their uncle's whereabouts.
At the time of his disappearance, Matthew Verdugo was 6 feet tall, weighed approximately 205 pounds, and had brown hair and blue eyes. He is of White/Caucasian ethnicity. His case is registered under NamUs ID MP74847.
In an effort to generate leads, Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound and Matthew's family have offered a $5,000 reward for information that could help locate him. Tips can be submitted anonymously through the P3 Tips App or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). ...Read More
