A Quiet Evening Turns Mysterious
On the evening of July 26, 2018, 29-year-old Javier Jimenez Hernandez was involved in a hit-and-run collision on the eastbound 118 Freeway near Kuehner Drive in Simi Valley, California, around 9:30 p.m. Later that night, his 2014 black Buick LaCrosse was found abandoned approximately five miles away, near a trailhead between Cottonwood Drive and Yosemite Avenue. The vehicle showed signs of damage from the collision, and Javier's cell phone was discovered inside. Despite extensive searches, Javier has not been seen or heard from since that night.
An Extensive Search Yields Few Clues
