The Day She Disappeared
On August 28, 2003, 32-year-old Cullins embarked on what seemed like a routine day. She left her Atlanta residence to run errands, driving a friend's red 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Georgia license plate number 11HE9. Her last known sighting was at approximately 11:52 a.m. near the 600 block of Mayland Avenue in Atlanta.
