On July 9, 1992, in the 2000 block of Constantine Drive in Marrero, Louisiana, 32-year-old Joyce Marie Kennedy was last seen getting into a black car, reportedly heading to Buras, Louisiana. She was never seen or heard from again.
At the time of her disappearance, Joyce was described as an African-American woman, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with dark brown or black hair and brown eyes. She had a tattoo of her name, "Joyce," on her left arm and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

Despite the passage of time, Joyce's case remains unsolved. Her DNA is on file, but there have been no significant leads or developments in the investigation. ...Read More
