On January 4, 2015, 79-year-old Irven Thomas Kuykendall was last seen on foot near the Mid-Town Apartments at 1411 Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas . Wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans, and a black stocking cap, he headed north and vanished without a trace . Despite immediate efforts, including the issuance of a Silver Alert by the Arkansas State Police, no substantial leads have emerged.
