Heather Samantha Rowe, born Douglas Scott Rowe on November 30, 1972 in Columbus, Georgia, was a transgender woman who legally changed her name to Heather in 1993. She stood approximately 5 ft 11 in tall, weighed around 157 lbs, with long blonde hair, green or hazel eyes, and bore a small, nondescript tattoo below her navel.

Circumstances of Disappearance

Heather was last heard from on March 5, 1996.
