She stood approximately 5 ft 11 in tall, weighed around 157 lbs, with long blonde hair, green or hazel eyes, and bore a small, nondescript tattoo below her navel.

Heather was last heard from on March 5, 1996. At that time, she was residing in Columbus but informed her family via telephone that she planned to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was last known to be.
