A Promising Life Cut Short

On July 30, 2017, the city of Indianapolis was shaken by the tragic death of 27-year-old Timothy Wayne Womack. Born on August 28, 1989, Timothy was a beloved father, son, and brother. He is survived by his daughter, Alexis R. Womack; his parents, Sherri Womack and Timothy W. Morton; siblings, Montez Thomas, Takesha Marshal, and Chaus Londe' Womack; and grandparents, Elease E. Womack and Gerald & Donna Tyler. His sudden passing left a void in the hearts of his family and friends.

The Fateful Day

In the early hours of July 30, 2017, a series of violent incidents unfolded across Indianapolis. Among them was the shooting of Timothy Womack. At approximately 4:00 AM, law enforcement responded to reports of gunfire in the 5600 block of Abercromby Circle. Upon arrival, they discovered Timothy suffering from gunshot wounds.
