A Fateful Night in October 1997

On October 14, 1997, at approximately 2:30 A.M., the tranquility of West Point, California, was shattered by the sound of gunshots. Residents along Winton Road, a secluded area known for its dense forestry and winding paths, alerted the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office to the disturbance.
