A Life Cut Short
On September 20, 2018, the city of Louisville, Kentucky, was shaken by the tragic death of Nathan J. Standard, a 29-year-old resident. Nathan was shot multiple times in the Parkland neighborhood, specifically at 1011 South 29th Street. Despite being rushed to University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries, leaving a void in the hearts of his family and community.
The Crime Scene
The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. on that fateful Thursday evening. Officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) responded promptly to the scene on South 29th Street. Upon arrival, they found Nathan suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
