The Fatal Incident: A Day Marked by Violence
The incident occurred around 3:20 p.m. in the parking lot of the Chatham Village Square Mall, located in the 700 block of East 87th Street. Swindle was seated in a white SUV when an unidentified assailant approached on foot and opened fire.
