Mark Cotton, a 53-year-old resident of Louisville, Kentucky, was tragically taken from his family and community on November 10, 2018. The Fateful Morning
In the early hours of that Saturday, at approximately 5:05 a.m., Louisville Metro Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of South 28th Street, near Congress Alley. Upon arrival, they discovered Mark Cotton inside a vehicle, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
