The Incident
In the early hours of September 27, 2015, at approximately 4:20 a.m., Marcus Cox was standing outside on the 9600 block of South Morgan Avenue in the Longwood Manor neighborhood. An unknown assailant fired shots in his direction, striking him in the abdomen.
