A Routine Night Turns Tragic

In the early hours of June 27, 1986, the quiet streets of San Diego's Old Town were disrupted by a chilling discovery. Linda Younger, a dedicated cab driver for Yellow Cab Company, was found lifeless in her taxi. Responding to a citizen's complaint about an unattended cab with its lights glaring into a residence, a company supervisor arrived at the 1900 block of San Diego Avenue shortly after midnight.
