The Mysterious Night of February 6, 1994
On the evening of February 6, 1994, Joseph was last seen alive around 8:30 PM. Later that night, at approximately 11:00 PM, witnesses observed his light blue 1991 Ford pickup truck parked facing west on Mercedes Avenue in Panama City, near the Massalina Housing Complex. The truck's engine and headlights remained on for about 30 minutes before they were turned off. Notably, the witnesses did not see anyone entering or exiting the vehicle during this time. Another individual reported seeing an unidentified male washing himself at a water fountain behind the building where Joseph's truck was parked, adding another layer of mystery to the unfolding events. These observations raised several questions: Why was Joseph's truck parked in that particular area, far from his residence in Callaway? Was Joseph alone, or was there someone else with him?
