On the evening of July 31, 2019, the Park Hill neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, was shaken by the tragic death of 24-year-old Martinus Lamon Williams Jr. Known affectionately as "Apay," Martinus was an aspiring rapper and barber with dreams that extended far beyond his immediate surroundings. His life was abruptly ended when he was found fatally shot multiple times inside a building located at 2300 West Oak Street. Discovery of the Crime
The circumstances surrounding Martinus's death are both tragic and perplexing.
