Originally from College Park, Georgia, Carter had moved to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for acting. The Gruesome Discovery
At approximately 8:00 a.m. on that fateful day, South Fulton police responded to a call reporting a suspicious vehicle at the dead end of Connell Road and White Tail Lane. Upon arrival, officers found Carter's car with both doors ajar and the engine still running.
