At approximately 1:44 a.m., 30-year-old Jose Salvador Serrano staggered into his apartment at 521 South Park Avenue, within the Winter Garden Village Apartments, and collapsed onto the floor. Serrano was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
