Background

Pernell Lloyd Tewangiotewa, born on June 24, 1976, was a 21-year-old Native American man of Navajo and Hopi descent. Standing between 5'11" and 6'2" tall and weighing between 175 to 200 pounds, he had black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he wore gold-toned, wire-framed eyeglasses.
