I just want justice for Kenny and closure for myself and his family his kids his mom and his siblings. We love and miss him and we just want to know the truth the facts and for the bad guys to at least be exposed, even if they never do a day in jail.

I have always known the law and powerful people were involved in Kenny's murder. After he went missing I was fallowed and stalked by people, some looked like cops or undercover investigators and some looked like crooks, mobsters and drug dealers. And the law have never questioned me or asked me anything about what happened even though I know all of this information. I know that there are still people out there who want to shut me up. Cops have never tried to help me with the investigation they've only harrassed me and put bogus charges on me and have literally tried to pin stuff on me and send me to jail. When Ive tried to talk about Kenny to cops they either played dumb and wanted no part of it had 0 interest or they literally ignored me and acted as if I was not even speaking all while attempting to railroad me and lock me up. I have never even done drugs and I've always tried to live a legal abiding life. I'm now a father and husband works and makes an honest living.

In larger quantity than was actually legal for people to buy over the table from the pharmacy. Because sudophedrine was a main ingredient for making meth. This guy made so much money so fast from this illegal scam he was running that he Invested money into opening a franchised gas station. He built one location in Harrisburg just after Kenny went missing the construction crew was hired to start laying down the concrete foundation for the gas station. The crew that was hired was ran by and guy who was directly involved in the selling of meth and was a direct affiliate of Twinkies. I believe Kennys remains may have been put in the concrete of that gas station in Harrisburg. And the people running that are so rich and powerful and have the law and the judges and every body and everything In their pockets. It would literally take a miracle and some kind of super lawyer and the power of the federal goverment to ever expose this thing and bring criminals to justice and find out the truth.

Around new years I went to my mom's house in Jonesboro, a few days after new years my grandmother, Kenny's mom called me asking if I had seen Kenny, I told her the last time I had seen him was the night he came back from Twinkies after getting into a fight. As I talked to people around town and people who knew Kenny and were last around him all said he was headed to Twinkies house, but supposedly there was a cop there who was involved in Chandlers drug operation Wich was the same ring we were involved in at one time. It was said that they shot and killed Kenny and disposed of his body and several people were supposedly involved in the murder and the cover up. People who were involved in the drug operation who also had a lot of money and power. So let's jump back to 2004 Kenny was living with my dad and I in Harrisburg and was trying to go straight and live a legit drug free life. But mitzi still wanted to be in the drug life. I witnesses part of what was happening. Mitzi kept sneaking off to get dope and get high with a huge drug dealer in the Harrisburg area named Tony Chandler aka twinky. I was at home several times that mitzi went out to Twinkies to get high, she even asked my friends to give her rides out there multiple times. Kenny would come home from work and she would be out at Twinkies, Kenny would go out there and get her and he even caught them in bed together, she was kennys wife but going out to Twinkies and doing sexual favors for drugs. At one point a bout a week before Kenny went missing he had went out to Twinkies to get mitzi and Kenny and twinky got into a fight and Kenny of course won the fight and came back home telling me about it and I seen his bloody and swollen fists... My grandfather Wayne moss ended up getting busted for the weed smuggling and selling operation he was running under the disguise of his used car dealership wich was also fairly successful, at one point he had millons of dollars and was literally a millionaire but he stayed low key he was a smart man. He always appeared to be just a regular business man and family man. Wich he was he just did some illegal rackets on the side to bring in extra cash to keep his legit businesses a float at times and as a cover for the illegal things Wich at that time was only smuggling and selling marijuana. He got busted with I forget how many pounds of weed, they shut his business down and seized most of his money and assets and he spent everything else on lawyers and bondsmen to keep him out of jail. But before he was busted he employed my entire family, both Kenny and my dad and my other uncles and family members worked for Wayne. He was busted for the weed racket in the early 90s. This only lasted for maybe 4 months and we ended up moving back to harrisburg. My dad had just gotten released from prison for a manufacturing charge. He got a job at a car dealership as a detail man and rented a house in Harrisburg. Kenny and mitzi and myself all ended up moving back to Harrisburg with my dad and Kenny was trying to get clean from drugs and get back into a legit life away from crime and drugs, at this time he was wanting to go straight and be a good father to his 2 year old twin sons... I think he felt guilty for bringing me into that life and exposing me to everything I seen. But I was born into that life because my father was an addict and worked and hustled in that life since before I was even born. Kenny and Robbys dad Wayne moss was affiliate with the hillbilly mafia as I had said before. He ran a car dealership in West Memphis wich he also used as a way to smuggle hundreds and thousands of pounds of marijuana across the border of Mexico in cars he transported.

I was basically like a transporter of the product they were manufacturing... My job was to just drive from one location to another. Kenny would hide the stuff somewhere in the vehicle, I never ever knew where it was but I know he would literally take the insides of the vehicle out and put them back in and it would usually take a few hours. The. He would give me the keys and send. Me to andress usually half way across the state. When I would arrive at the house the owner or whoever would come out and send me in the house to watch TV play video games and smoke weed, while they would take the car into the garage or back yard and retrieve the stuff and then give me a big cash roll and I would never count it or look at it, I would take it straight to my uncle and he would always give me a generous cut, I can't remember how much but I always had a large amount of cash on me usually in the couple of grand to several hundred Wich was a lot of a 16 year old kid who had no bills and needenot

So Kenny felt like he was under the radar, so to stay clean and off their radar I became a driver. Kenny would just be involved in the cooking and kind of directing the operation, kind of like an assistant manager of a franchise business. Dugan was like an area manager or a GM of multiple locations so he was collecting money from multiple little meth lab set ups just like ours in other areas. We were like the factories that manufactured the product and then transported it to the retail locations who were the dealers who would buy large amounts of the product and then break it down and sell it. I was a kid just fallowing instructions that I was given and making so much money I didn't even know how much i had. At one point I was wanting to drive more bc I was 16 and wanted to get my license, I never got them but I learned how to drive by a literally transporting drugs across the state and across state lines as a drug runner. Kenny was on parole and his PO started monitoring him more bc I think he failed a drug test but it was just for weed. His PO even paid a couple of visits to our trailer in judsonia. We just hid all the lab components in the other trailers bc literally everyone in this little trailer park including the owner and landlord were in on this operation. We literally did all of this right under the laws noses and theirs no way we were getting away with this without some kind of help from inside law enforcement. A lot of the counties and towns had the sheriff's, mayor's and police chiefs and even some judges were paid off or in some way complicit.

The old guys are getting released from prison and what it looks like was they were recruiting some of the younger criminals who they had done time with and began setting up a huge drug rimng that ended up becoming so big it literally took over this whole area and causing what became a huge meth epedimic in the Arkansas and surrounding areas. I want to state at this time that I never ever once used or even tried meth. Even at 16 I could see the effects it had on people, I seen it destroy lives and families. Children were neglected and abused because of it and I seen very young kids become addicts them selves and it was literally passed down to the younger generation, I saw alot of messed up things, it turned women and very young women into whores, I seen children neglected, no food, no clothes, no shoes just totally ignored because their parents became meth zombies and eventually most of the kids became the same. Ex convicts who did time with either dugan or Kenny or people from harrisburg who they knew very well and knew their whole families. And Dugan also still had contact with his old hillbilly Mafia friends, and Kenny's dad my grandpa Wayne was also once a part of the hillbilly Mafia, so we knew most of those guys ane they were almost like family some of them were even married into our family because they were once married and had kids with my grandmothers sisters. Became harder to find jobs. At some point Kenny and Dugan made contact with each other and Kenny started being involved in manufacturing and selling meth. Well thats when the money actually started coming in. We still did jobs for people here and there for cheep and it was mostly just a cover for where the money was actually coming from. This story starts around 2003/04. I was 15/16 years old. My uncle Kenny had just been released from prison after doing about 10 years. Another man had also just gotten released from prison who was once part of an organization known as the hillbilly Mafia. His name was Dugan Harkey. Kenny had moved out to a little town called judsonia just outside of searcy Arkansas. Dugan lived in tuckerman. Kenny had started a construction company with our cousin Jeff sanders and I was an employee of this company. Known as moss masonry. We did brick, rock, block and concrete and Jeff did interior painting and some carpentry... They ran this business together and Jeff and Kenny shared jobs and had a small crew of guys. Hello, my name is Joshua Bryan Parnell/moss. I am a nephew of missing person Kenneth Wayne moss, Uncle Kenny. I was one of the last family members to have contact with him before his disapearance that I know of. He lives with me and my father, his brother at our home in Harrisburg Arkansas. It was a house located on hwy 163 just a few miles outside of Harrisburg city limits. His then wife mitzi also lived there with us. About a week before he went missing I know for a fact he was having a feud with a huge meth manufacturer and dealer who was part of a very big meth and drug manufacturing And trafficking organization. Just before that Kenny was part of this organization and I was also involved, at this time I was only 16 years old. Me nor Kenny actually knew how big this organization was or how deep and wide the corruption went. Over the years I've discovered and learned things some I know to be true, some I can only speculate because I have no proof.
