On the morning of December 28, 1995, 24-year-old Gina Bridget Cyphers began her day like any other devoted mother. At approximately 9:00 AM, she dropped off her 15-month-old son, James, at the "Morning Out for Moms" daycare program held at the First Methodist Church in Salina, Kansas.
