The Fateful Night
On August 13, 1997, Georgia spent the evening with a close friend when she received a page. Responding promptly, she made a call and then proceeded to a nearby gas station at the intersection of Dutton Avenue and Sebastopol Road in Santa Rosa. There, she met an unidentified man described as an African American male in his mid-to-late 20s, approximately 6'2" to 6'4" tall, with a medium complexion and a slight mustache.
