Arthur P. Deering, born on January 29, 1952, was 46 years old at the time he went missing. Standing between 5'11" and 6'0" tall and weighing between 190 and 200 pounds, Deering had distinctive features, including gray or white hair, blue eyes, a large scar on his left leg, a heart tattoo on his upper right arm, and a noticeable limp.
