Ranee Ann Gregor, a 15-year-old resident of Robinson Township, Pennsylvania, vanished on October 21, 1977. Her disappearance, intertwined with the tragic murder of her boyfriend, John Feeny, remains one of the region's most perplexing unsolved cases. This article delves into the intricate details surrounding that fateful night, the subsequent investigation, and the lingering questions that persist decades later.
On the evening of October 21, 1977, Ranee and her 17-year-old boyfriend, John Feeny, departed from her residence with the intention of grabbing a meal. He had suffered a close-range shotgun wound to the right side of his neck. Inside the vehicle, Ranee's blue and white jacket and her purse were found, but there was no sign of Ranee herself.
In the wake of these events, extensive search efforts were launched. Over 400 volunteers, including members from various fire departments and law enforcement agencies, scoured the area surrounding the crime scene. Despite these concerted efforts, no trace of Ranee was found. ...Read More
