On Father's Day, June 18, 2023, 36-year-old Matthew Russo vanished after leaving Garnet Health Medical Center. Despite extensive efforts by law enforcement and the local community, his whereabouts remain unknown.

The Day of Disappearance

Matthew Russo, a resident of Monticello, New York, was transported by ambulance to Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris on June 18, 2023. Upon arrival, he declined medical treatment and exited the emergency room. Surveillance footage captured him walking away from the hospital, heading down Harris-Bushville Road toward Lt.
