Discovery of the Body
On May 13, 2010, deputies from the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to conduct a welfare check at 8405 S. Ida Ave. Upon arrival, they discovered 53-year-old Lendell Sinclair at the bottom of a staircase, deceased.
