Initial Disappearance

In December 2023, 46-year-old Oscar Valenzuela, a dedicated IHOP manager and long-time resident of Chicago's South Side, vanished without a trace. His last known contact was on December 12, near the 5300 block of South Hermitage Avenue in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. Family and friends grew increasingly concerned as days turned into weeks without any communication from Oscar.
