At the time of his disappearance, Timothy Rice was a 40-year-old resident of Kennewick. He stood between 5'9" and 5'10" tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds. Distinctive features included scars on his left elbow, a slight limp, and tattoos: the initials "T.J.R." above his left elbow, the name "Jennifer" below it, and an eagle above his right elbow.
