Anita Richardson, affectionately known as "Q," was a 24-year-old African-American woman residing at the Churchill Apartments in the 4900 block of Fairfield Road, Columbia. She stood 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighed approximately 135 pounds, and had brown hair and eyes.
