The Day of Disappearance: April 11, 2004
On April 11, 2004, Jeremiah spent time with his cousin at North Sherwood Forest Park in Baton Rouge. Around 6:00 p.m., he parked his red 1993 Pontiac Grand Am in the park's northwest corner, near a fishing pond. Informing his cousin that he was searching for a lost cell phone holder, Jeremiah ventured into the wooded area alone, leaving his cousin in the car. He never returned.
