Background and Early Life

Born on January 19, 1980, Jason Franks was a 21-year-old resident of Alturas, California, at the time of his disappearance. Standing six feet tall and weighing between 153 and 165 pounds, Jason was distinguished by his blond hair and blue or hazel eyes. He bore unique tattoos: a cross accompanied by black dots on his right hand, a skull on his right shoulder, and an unfinished depiction of a demon on his upper right arm.
