Background

Born on May 30, 1975, Timothy Wages was 46 years old at the time he went missing. Standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds, Timothy had brown hair and green eyes. He was known for his distinctive tattoos, including an Iron Cross with flames on his upper chest, a skull with horns on his shoulder, a cross with the words "In Loving Memory of Megan Keeshan" on his upper back, the word "SACRAMENTO" across his abdomen, a tribal band on his right upper arm, and a devil with Asian characters and tribal markings on his left upper arm.
