On February 13, 2024, the city of Memphis, Tennessee, was shaken by the disappearance of 16-year-old Jermaine Sampson. Described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds, Jermaine was last seen leaving a Department of Child Services (DCS) facility located in the 200 block of Vance Avenue without permission. Despite extensive efforts by law enforcement and the community, his whereabouts remain unknown as of February 16, 2025.
