A New Beginning in Ponca City
In January 2024, 22-year-old Jeremiah Demitrus Moneta relocated from Kansas City, Missouri, to Ponca City, Oklahoma, to live with his mother, Jaime Hansen, following the death of his uncle. Initially apprehensive about living independently, Jeremiah soon secured employment at Capstone Logistics and moved into his own apartment at Paladin Apartments on January 2, 2025. His mother described him as a devoted big brother and a caring family member.
The Day He Vanished
The last known communication with Jeremiah occurred on January 15, 2025, when he informed his mother that he had to work and couldn't meet as planned. After he failed to respond to subsequent messages and didn't show up for work on January 16, his family grew increasingly concerned.
