On the early morning of Thursday, January 12, 2006, the tranquility of Washington, D.C.'s 800 block of Barnaby Street, SE, was violently disrupted. At approximately 2:30 a.m., residents were startled by the sound of gunfire. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered 46-year-old Willie Demonia Jr. fatally shot inside his van. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately shrouded in mystery, leaving both investigators and the community searching for answers.
A Life Remembered
Willie Demonia Jr., affectionately known as "Junior," was a resident of Oxon Hill, Maryland. He was the beloved son of Willie Sr. and Renell Demonia.
