In the early hours of October 12, 2002, Anchorage, Alaska, was shaken by a tragic event that claimed the life of 21-year-old Louis DeJesus III. Born on August 9, 1981, Louis was a lifelong resident of Anchorage, known for his vibrant personality and entrepreneurial spirit. Alongside his sister, Leonida, he co-owned a janitorial business, showcasing his dedication to hard work and community involvement. Friends and family remember him as someone who "kept it 'real' with everybody," reflecting his genuine and straightforward nature.

The Fateful Incident

The tragic incident occurred just before 2:00 a.m. in the parking lot of the VFW club located in Muldoon at 101 Oklahoma Street.
