On February 10, 2004, the life of 31-year-old Harold Leonard Venable Jr. was tragically ended in a violent act that remains unsolved to this day. At approximately 12:00 PM, Harold was fatally shot multiple times in the 4300 block of Barker Street, SE, Washington, D.C. Despite the passage of over two decades, his murder continues to haunt his family, friends, and the community, as justice has yet to be served.
