Born on May 1, 1972, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Crystal Gail Brown was a devoted mother known for her unwavering love and care for her children. Her life, filled with moments of joy and dedication to her family, was tragically cut short on August 31, 2017, in Phoenix, Arizona. The Fateful Evening

On the evening of August 31, 2017, between 7:30 and 7:50 p.m., Crystal and her husband were at their transient camp near the railroad tracks north of Lincoln Street and east of 15th Avenue in Phoenix. During this time, they encountered three unknown male suspects. The encounter escalated into a robbery, during which Crystal sustained fatal injuries.
