On June 15, 2015, the life of 21-year-old Kenneth Wayne Liggons Jr. was abruptly ended in Louisville, Kentucky. Liggons was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds at the intersection of 20th and Pirtle Streets in the Portland neighborhood. Despite the passage of time, his murder remains unsolved, leaving a void in the hearts of his family and community.
