On the morning of July 25, 2004, the Louanlavong family faced an unimaginable tragedy. Khamphosey "Kim" Louanlavong, a 32-year-old mother, was found deceased in her apartment located at 2409 Nottingham Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas.
