Talbert, a 29-year-old man with a promising future, was found dead in his vehicle on August 9, 2013, nearly three years after the murder of his older brother, LaShawn "Sugar Shizz" Talbert. On that fateful night, just before midnight, Louisville Metro Police responded to a call at the intersection of 22nd Street and Burwell Avenue.
