On May 8, 2009, the quiet community of Center Point, Alabama, was shaken by a tragic event. The lifeless body of 27-year-old Jimmy Brandon Edwards was found in a driveway on the 2500 block of 2nd Way Northwest, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately shrouded in mystery, leaving both law enforcement and the community searching for answers.

A Young Life Remembered

Born in 1983, Jimmy "Brandon" Edwards was a resident of Center Point. At the time of his untimely death, he was survived by his young daughter, Kennrdi Madison; his mother, Mrs. Neysa R. Edwards; and his fiancée, Crystaline Knight.
