A Tragic Morning in Tampa

On the morning of July 6, 2016, 24-year-old Marquette Dames set out from his home in Tampa, Florida, intending to visit a family member. Upon finding no one home, he began his walk back. Unbeknownst to him, this routine journey would culminate in a fatal encounter that remains unresolved to this day.

The Fatal Encounter

As Dames made his way back, he crossed paths with an unidentified individual. For reasons still unknown, this person attacked Dames, physically assaulting him before shooting him as he attempted to flee. The assailant then robbed Dames, leaving him mortally wounded.
