A Tragic Night in Loveland

In the early hours of August 15, 2003, the quiet town of Loveland, Colorado, was shaken by a tragic incident. At approximately 2:30 a.m., 56-year-old John Robert Miller was discovered lying critically injured in the 4200 block of US Highway 287. He had been the victim of a hit-and-run, a crime that remains unsolved to this day.
