Miguel Escobar Jr., a 22-year-old with a passion for automobiles, worked alongside his father at their family-owned auto shop in Houston. Known for his dedication and close bond with his family, especially his father, Miguel's future seemed bright. The Fateful Night
On that ill-fated evening, Miguel was outside his home on Larry Street in north Houston. Witnesses reported seeing four Hispanic men in a maroon truck loitering near the residence moments before the incident. In what appeared to be a brazen carjacking, these individuals confronted Miguel, fatally shooting him before fleeing the scene with his cherished Chevy Tahoe.
