On October 13, 2014, the life of 29-year-old Charnise Raines was abruptly and violently taken. She was fatally shot in the 900 block of 69th Avenue, a neighborhood in East Oakland. Despite the passage of time, her murder remains unsolved, leaving her family and the community yearning for answers.
