The decedent was witnessed to be alive at the location he was found approximately 90 minutes earlier by a passing motorist. He was observed to be in a sitting position leaning against a chain link fence. Later he was observed in a supine position. The decedent was found face up in a grassy area next to a roadway. The body was hot to the touch. It was very hot that day. Beginning mummification to the hands was noted.
