Subject was found by citizen standing, and semi-conscious, and very cold to the touch. He could not speak clearly. His clothes were wet. He was carried to find help but died before authorities could be reached. Believed to be an undocumented immigrant crossing the desert. Recent match in AFIS to a record under the name Vidal Oreyana Rivas, who may be from El Salvador.
