Police officer advises the skull was reportedly found by a 14 y/o Hispanic male approx (2) months ago on the street. The location found is believed to be between 7th & 8th St and Brighton in KC, MO. The finder took it home and has been playing with it since. He applied blue paint to the skull. The family instructed the finder to turn it over to police.
