The decedent was operating a 1998 Dodge House Mini-Motor (a Dodge chassis van motorhome) traveling Eastbound on Highway 163 at Mile Marker 8 when there was an explosion which caused the vehicle to leave the roadway. When the vehicle came to a stop there was a second explosion and fire which consumed the vehicle.
