On 12/12/2004 the deceased, a newborn of approximately 35 weeks gestation, was found by a Greyhound Bus maintenance worker unresponsive in the waste holding area of the bus toilet. The bus had departed Salt Lake City, Utah and traveled to San Francisco, Ca.
